This is an assemblage of forms that are used in other sculptural installations. They are based on the "unfolded tesseract". Basically the idea is that if a cube were to have cylinders sticking out of each face, this is what you would get. This is a primary constructive form which I use to invent other forms - Buckminster Fuller's concept, known as ephemeralization. In this piece, an architectural element is in a pile, appearing as if it were discarded.
