This is almost like the birth of Venus, but starting primarily with her nipples, a plethora of them. "Nipples of Venus" is the name of a type of candy or confection. It would seem here that the nipples emerge from a landscape with backlit glowing sunlight. Some of them seem to have melted together. Are they in a stage of mitosis and have become stuck that way? I'm not sure. Two witnesses view this spectacle in the lower right corner. Click a detail, and you can see them up close.
