At night, when the full moon shines through the trees, it feels like that line in "Georgia" - like moonlight through the pines. I couldn't tell if the figure here seemed male or female. Could be a haggard woman, always reflecting the sun's light all the time and pulling the tides all over the place... must get tiring after a while.
