This one also emerged like a Rorschach test. It reminded me of how the Roman government would sever the heads of "criminals" and mount them on spears. They would leave them in various towns where they committed various crimes as an example. Not unlike ISIS. This guy seems to be holding a small child's skull on his spear; maybe as if to espouse the child's guilt of something. Children however, are always the unwitting (unwilling) fodder for adult corruption.
