He looks like he's doing some kind of a vaudeville performance. I've never really seen one of those. I've seen them depicted in movies. So, I guess somebody has seen at least one. But then again, I've never seen anyone dancing around in chicken skin either - and I hope I never do. I just realized he's missing his cane. He almost has a top hat, with that flopping chicken skin, flip-flopping around.
